What do you like best?
They are excellent at continuing to followup with those "hard to reach" senior level contacts.
What do you dislike?
Nothing I can think of, other than dealing with either no-shows to the call from the Client end or rescheduled meetings that never take place.

Participate in a "joint call" with one of the people that will be placing calls on your behalf.
