Intuitive with some practice

What do you like best?

Frontline Professional Growth keeps all of my professional growth opportunities and completed professional development organized in one place. It is a way to track all of the professional growth opportunities I have engaged in and automatically share this information with my employer.

What do you dislike?

I personally don't find Frontline Professional Growth to be very intuitive to use. I have trouble navigating it when there is a professional development opportunity I want to sign up for and find that the options offered on Frontline are often not consistent with the professional development opportunities my district reports it is offering.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Employees using Frontline Professional Growth may need additional support to learn how to use it appropriately. It is a more complicated, less intuitive platform, so it may not be one that employees can be expected to learn without support.
