Forward pass has a great accounting system.
What do you dislike?
It can be difficult to learn, but well worth the time investment.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For property management, it helps with the accounting portion so I can leverage it and not habe to worry about running several reports to learn who is in default.
