What do you like best?

Its interface is quite simple as far as use is concerned, the fact that it allows me to create 100% personalized surveys in a very simple and easy way is something that is perfect for me to carry out my market studies in a much simpler way, Quick and easy, allowing me to know in a much more immediate way the opinions of my clients, the ease with which I can obtain user data through the reports generated by the system is definitely something that is of great help to me when moment of wanting to control and analyze all the responses of my clients in a much faster and safer way, in fact, another thing that I like a lot is that I can export the results to a wide variety of formats, which is of great help to me when wanting to share the results obtained with my work team in a much simpler and easier way.

What do you dislike?

At first it can be somewhat complicated to learn to use, however the learning curve is overcome quickly, what if I consider that they should try to improve is the documentation and support material, since as currently this is not much helps when troubleshooting
