What do you like best?

Jude and Margaret have been super responsive and willing to customize the app based on my feedback. They often roll out updates with great new features and hit on new key missing items. Their willingness to work with each property makes this service GREAT!

As of right now the company and app has no items i dislike.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This service allows our residents to easily connect with not only other residents but also, needed services, events, fitness classes, and community resources. The residents have a central source for content and this allows us to use our resources in other places.
