Excellent B2C email automation platform

What do you like best?

Firecart has proven to be a game changer in our customer outreach programs. We are able to create "Customer Journeys" with ease and also track which steps in the journey are driving better engagement. The email creator is easy to use and quite configurable. We also use the referral program setup module extensively to generate new leads from our existing customers. This tool has helped us auto-engage with our clients at various points of their sales and engagement cycle.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. But if I am forced to think, perhaps more email templates would help. Also, some more integrations with popular sales & marketing tools might help.

Get a demo from their team, they are very helpful and will customize the demo to your specific requirements.
