What do you dislike?

It didn't work for CFOs and other c-suite contacts. Cancel button is hidden. No refund within hour of receiving invoice. Was told “...heartily advise that you (I) use them (credits) before November 4...” Searches using LinkedIn Chrome extension are very SLOW compared to other tools.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are many new tools appearing in this space. All tools produce different results depending on the type of contacts you need. In addition, pricing continues to come down due to competition. I highly recommend doing numerous trials to test different products, before making a purchase

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm switching providers to get the emails that I need. This tool has 1 primary function to find emails. And it's not working for the C-Suite. Good Luck
