What do you like best?
The ability to link to SAP for purchase orders and tracking orders. Able to set up to allow the tracking of parts for restock ordering. Able to have files to associated assets for easy access to troubleshooting, part identification, drawings, and many more. Techs can use their smartphones using the app for work requests and able to do everything electronically. Overall great product
What do you dislike?
I have not found any downsides to the program. I have used other programs, and they don't compare to the quality and user friendly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using this for Asset tracking, Preventative Maintenance, Material tracking easy access to any of the required documentation in the system associated with the parent and sub-asset for the facility.
