BEWARE their new business practices.

What do you like best?

I've used the app for a couple of years and find it easy to navigate and use, but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF BILLING ISSUES.

What do you dislike?

I discovered today that sometime months ago, I was switched from a single user account to a group account with a single user. Consequently, my billing, which should be $4.95/month has skyrocketed to almost $20.00. According to the chat rep, they changed their system and pricing, and there can be no change on my account until October. No moving me back to the single-user account, no correcting the billing, no adjustments of any kind. There is not even a way to cancel the account. Now I will need to cancel my debit card to keep them from charging me these ever-escalating fees. What a poor excuse for customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As soon as I cancel my debit card, I will be looking for a different app, so starting from scratch. Would not use them again if they were the only receipt scanner app in business.
