An easy to use, simple App - executed well

What do you like best?

ExpenseIn is a very intuitive, straightforward piece of software perfect for SMB's as it requires minimal setup and ongoing support. The mobile app does exactly what it says on the tin - no-frills - but allows people to quickly log their expenses on the go. By taking a picture of the receipt, the details are saved in app - giving you the option of running your expenses in one go at a later date or on an ongoing Adhoc basis.

What do you dislike?

It can be pretty repetitive if you have multiple receipts as there is no mass-upload feature. Perhaps not ideal for a company with employees expensing frequently. Also, if you have multiple receipts from the same location, there is no way of grouping these together. There does appear to be some sort of AI that can recognise the name of the cafe etc., but this is quite basic currently and doesn't always work as intended.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend this software to companies with employees who don't submit a high number of expenses. It is very useful for individuals who typically submit 5-20 receipts each month.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In my role, I was meeting clients in cafes and restaurants across the city. ExpenseIn was a convenient way for me to log my expenses on the mobile app in between meetings without waiting to get back to the office or worrying about losing any receipts. It ultimately was a great time saver for me!
