What do you like best?

The way it manages all the employees and provide them extension numbers.

Also, with one extension numbers you can add lot of employees and allign them for support.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit pricy and doesn't have support for international inbound and outbound.

If you are looking for a cloud telephony in india then go for it.
