What I like most is that the product divides the different incidents such as problems, forum and others. What I like most is that this software has a kind of forum that allows us to collaborate with the different members on an incident.
When there is a large volume of connected users, tickets take longer to load. The website also has some programming problems, which only allows you to upload photos in JPEG format.
