This is the future

What do you like best?

Its excellent that the customers help themselves!! This is the next big thing in any b2c company who cant employ real customer support or for any business that is getting 100 of equal questions, day by day.

What do you dislike?

The design is really not my style, but ok. There really isnt much to dislike about Eptica. Maybe when the AI will get more inteligent in time, but this is OK with me (for now).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The nonsense questions when customers have on a daily basis are now resolved right away.
