This software is breathtaking blind to the needs of its end users

What do you like best?

I have yet to find a feature I like, other than perhaps "it's newer than the 30 year old ERP we used to use"

What do you dislike?

This software is a classic case of not taking end users in account when designing the software. It is monumentally onerous if your task requires more than just looking up information and pushing a button. If you've got to add a bunch of new records to a table at once, the process is incredibly tedious and what used to take seconds now takes minutes. You have to constantly take your hand off the keyboard in order to point and click with your mouse, go back to the keyboard to type, then back to the mouse. There are so many annoyances that could have very easily been solved with programming that demonstrated a basic understanding of end user tasks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

From my perspective, the software creates a lot more problems than it solves.
