Advanced user of ePayPolicyThe system is super easy to use and it can be setup in a very short time. You can place the link in your invoices and also in your email signature. The fees are passed to the customer which keeps the agency in compliance with the regulators. The payment to the agency escrow account is very fast. Not sure how we operated without this in the agency.
So far it is hard to find anything to dislike. The only thing that comes to mind is the service charge if a refund has to be made to the customer.
Do not wait on implementing ePayPolicy. You will find it is a game changer for new business and renewals that are agency billed.
With the stay at home orders we can still conduct business and receive the payment without the use of overnight delivery. It is a huge time saver and allows faster processing of policies.
