Makes my QA work very easy
What do you like best?
I am an SDR with an added part-time responsibility for call QA and training. Thanks to Enthu, the entire call listening & feedback management process has been streamlined to a great extent now. No need to manage feedback on excel sheets, no need to get the team on a weekly meeting for call listening. Everything happens within Enthu with easy collaboration with the team. The effort to do the same stuff has reduced by almost a half.
What do you dislike?
I would want detailed help articles explaining all the features step by step. That would be super helpful for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit is that I can process almost 3 times more calls in the same time. Plus, i don't do random sampling now. I have created a set of test cases within Enthu to track, and I just pick those calls for deepdive that fail those test cases. In short, Enthu not just saves my time but also enables me to give pin pointed feedback to my team mates.
