What do you like best?
I love that we can have all of our data in one place that is accessible all around the globe. This helps our group streamline our charting and data.
What do you dislike?
Some of the items are "out of the box" and when certain changes need to be made for ease of use or data necessity, it can interfere with any future updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the implementation process was difficult for our group as most of our global sites had never used the system before. Unfortunately, we did have 2.5 days of training, but we left with a lot of questions, and this was especially difficult for our employees with ESL. I believe there would be a way (with more planning) to have the training done, with instructions in other languages just to ease the transition.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allowing the system to track our surveillance has been a life and time saver. The system notifies 60-90 in advance to allow us time to notify the employee and get them scheduled for their testing. With the early notification, we are also able to ensure we have time to complete the testing and potential follow-ups prior to their anniversary date.
