Good But Not Great

What do you like best?

I like how banner allows several different integrations and tools for CRM. I also like how the program was pretty simple to learn. It was easy when I first started to learn Banner and catch on.

What do you dislike?

I am not happy with the integration of Banner with other platforms. We have had several integration issues. We can manually update some integration that is supposed to be automation, which is good. Although, it takes more time to do manual integration when the program should integrate automatically.
