What do you like best?
It has allowed me to somewhat lighten the communications of my clients with my company, since it has been helping me to take a much more real handling of the emails I receive from my clients, which has allowed me to redirect them to the department corresponding, in such a way that they can be answered easily, quickly and effectively. Its ease of use is something quite remarkable too, since its interface has a fairly simple design that allows me to navigate the entire system without any type of inconvenience or major setback, its customer service is quite attentive when answering questions and concerns, and they have rarely lasted more than a day to respond to any request from me
What do you dislike?
It does not have a notification manager, so I must be constantly entering the system to see the news, since otherwise I cannot find out.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Carrying out email communications for me was something really annoying, due to the large number of messages that arrived daily to my inbox, however, this application has allowed me to segment emails in a much more efficient way depending on of its nature, which has helped us to get messages to the department they need to reach much faster, thus reducing my clients' waiting times for responses.
