Simple to send/receive faxes without a fax machine
What do you like best?
I love that I don't have to have a fax machine or a line in my house to fax on. I'm able to do everything from my laptop, tablet, or smartphone with eFax. I have a personal fax number and can send documents or photographs as a fax. I can also receive inbound faxes to my email to view and/or print out. Send times are quick and you receive a sent confirmation to your email. You can choose to include a cover page, but it's not necessary. Simple interface that makes it easy to figure out even for novice faxers with general computer knowledge.
What do you dislike?
If you want to add a cover page, all you can add is a title and text unless you upload a cover page as part of the documents you're faxing. I wish I could save formatted cover pages that allow me to enter my name, the recipient's name, what the fax is in reference to, additional ways to contact me, and other important information I frequently put in a cover page.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have a phone line in my house, I only use a cell phone. Thanks to eFax, I don't need to have a phone line installed in order to fax from home. I even used it once to fax a copy of my registration card to the mechanic while I was in their waiting room.
