Advanced user of RingCentral FaxI love that I can fax from my computer or even my phone. It makes the faxing process so easy. I have to send a lot of faxes to insurance companies and doctor's offices so it makes it as easy as sending an email. And then you get an email stating if the fax was successful or not which is great because you can go back to your emails later to show that you sent something and when you sent it.
It says not to close the App or website until the fax is successfully sent, which can be time consuming sometimes because it will sometimes take up to 10 minutes for the fax to send. And I believe it would be better if they kept your faxes saved in your log for a longer period of time.
I would go with RingCentral because it really makes life easier and much more efficient when you can send faxes so easily through your phone and computer.
I have to send authorization requests to insurance companies and reports to doctors offices, so it's so nice that I can get them completed so easily without having to use an actual fax machine. If I remembered that I needed to send something that I forgot about, I can do it quickly which makes me much more efficient in getting my tasks done.
