What do you like best?

In recent years, Ecomail has come very close to the level of significantly more expensive solutions. I would personally highlight:

- simple and functional API

- quality management of distribution servers

- connection with Facebook (and subsequent campaigns after e-mailing)

What do you dislike?

The only thing that bothers me is that in the account settings I can't say that unsubscribed contacts should be unsubscribed from all lists (individual campaigns need to be checked). But that's just a detail based on my specific use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Ecomail as the main tool for sending marketing e-mails. We currently have our own high-quality database of approximately 100,000 contacts and, thanks to Ecomail, excellent metrics (CTR, delivery rate, spam rate, etc.)
