Advanced user of EchoVantageEase of use and ability to access it via phone web browser. Mimics the older ECHO EHR we used prior. Using the web browser simplifies scheduling and accessing client information rapidly.
Can be challenging to navigate at times and client information can be a struggle to find.
Use the test feature prior to implementation!
Ease of use is amazing and nice to be able to access when mobile. Old ECHO system required laptop access so looking up clients addresses or phone numbers was burdensome. Assessments are easier to manage and less confusing to cycle through the tabs on them. I like the overall scheduling capability and being able to block off time slots for non-clinical meetings.
