Advanced user of Sigmund AURAI like that you can customize Aura to fit your specific needs, even the colors can coordinate.
There are some inefficiencies in the design. I would like to be able to select and deselect staff to schedule without having to click through the funnel.
It's a process to implement, but the team is there to help you every step of the way. You get hours and hours of available one on one training.
We have had some problems come up as we implement it, but the customer support is wonderful. They are quick to respond and set up go to meetings to help as soon as they can.
