Great for integration to CRM and Web Analytics
What do you like best?
Echobot is great for integration with a CRM system. For both existing customers and new customer acquisition, it provides our sales staff with a wealth of information to prepare for sales calls, add data and contacts, or stay up to date on current events and promotions of the companies.
If one uses web analytics techniques that can identify a website visitor's company, for example, Echobot adds a lot of information to that company name as well. Potential leads can be classified well in this way and contact persons for a first contact can be identified.
What do you dislike?
Currently, the data for medium-sized and large companies is very good. For small businesses and freelancers (e.g. lawyers, doctors, hairdressers), the data quality unfortunately still leaves something to be desired.

Own data on customers and leads in a CRM can quickly become outdated. With Echobot, we always stay up to date, for example, we get a change of employees in departments or a review of all activities and publications of the companies (e.g. in newspapers, social media, etc.).
