eBallot is a great interactive ballot software that gives you lots of information.

What do you like best?

I like the quantity and quality of the info that the software gives you. Rather than just giving you the basics and just the results, it gives you lots of in-depth information. They know what they are doing because of the number of companies that use their product.

What do you dislike?

I am not a massive fan of the price. It feels like software that you can get on countless other websites, and the only upside is the number of options you can have in terms of raw data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can poll my company and get to know my consumers better. It enables me to get loads of info just from a few polls.
