Useable Sales Call Software with no frills

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface, support is robust, straight forward configuration. Set up of new users and queues is quick and visually designed for ease of use. Call recordings are easy to access,

What do you dislike?

Reporting and analytics have opportunity and sometimes lack clarity. Call recordings cannot be filtered to start after the caller hits an IVR, so listening to call backs requires hearing every prompt and message before a voicemail.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be prepared to do configuration and set up. Support is awesome. Reporting needs some continued development.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great call center software for bringing that solution in house. Have reduced costs and overhead and implemented with our team quickly. Support was able to assist with integration with our client retention software.
