Neben der automatischen Rechnungs- und Lieferscheinerstellung für Marktplätze wie Amazon, eBay, idealo uvm. oder Shopsysteme wie Shopware, Shopify, Magento uvm. bietet easybill auch die Möglichkeit Rechnungen, Lieferscheine, Angebote, Aufträge auch manuell auf unkomplizierte, schnelle Art und Weise digital zu erstellen.
Alle Dokumente können unmittelbar nach deren Erstellung automatisiert per E-Mail an den Kunden gesendet werden. Das Design, von Logo bis hin zum Briefpapier und der Inhalt können in Abhängigkeit individueller Faktoren angepasst und automatisiert werden.
Für Onlinehändler ist auch das Erstellen von Packlisten und der Export der Kundendaten zu Versanddienstleistern wie u. a. DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, Deutsche Post ebenfalls möglich, genauso wie die Rückmeldung zu den unterschiedlichen Marktplätzen und Shopsystemen.
Alle Daten können perfekt für die Steuerkanzlei oder die Buchhaltung exportiert oder mittels direkter Schnittstellen übertragen werden.

Works perfectly with my Amazon Shop
What do you like best?
There are many things. Let me start with the support (which I don't need very often) ... When I need support during the past 10 years I have always received very quick and very clear and helpful response. This kept me a happy client. But there are many other things such like e.g. easy and smooth integration with Amazon. Very fast performance. Great usuabilty. Fair pricing model. Time management for my employees. Management for orders, quotes, invoices, products, contacts, shipping lists, post stemp generator, etc. etc. Just everything there for my small enterprise.
What do you dislike?
There are some small tasks that could be automated for me. Easybill didn't prioritize them which I can understand as they need to cover their customers overall priorities but this is a little drawback and the only thing I could critizize.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This is the one tool I need for my entire shop management. Only additional tools I need is a accounting tool and a tool for optimization (Amazon SEO + Advertisments, etc.).
