Square Invoices

What do you like best?

I like the user interface of Square Invoices. It makes tracking all of my orders easy! I like the categorization of the invoices statuses so that you can easily see where everything currently stands. I like that you can pull from an inventory so that sending invoices goes much faster. And I like the email template that you can customize and send to the customer. It gives you just enough personalization without being overwhelming.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that it's a different app than the POS. I'd like to be able to easily switch back and forth without changing apps.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend fully building out the back end inventory to make your life easier when going through a transaction with a customer. Additionally, I recommend using the customer database to keep track of all your customers, past orders, birthday, contact info, etc. so that you can create a very personalized experience for your customers without having to use many different softwares.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I haven't had any recent problems with Square Invoices. I have realized the benefit of maximum organization. I love the reporting - it makes tax season much easier.
