Advanced user of Easy Property ManagementI loved the fact that this program was very simple to use. It was very user-friendly and allowed for rent tracking with the tenant database.
I dislike that it didn't have a tenant portal or an area where you could track the different vacant properties.
It benefits the billing and invoicing problems dealt with managing multiple properties. It also helps with expense management and what it takes to keep up with different expenses within different properties.
