Great, but needs more.

What do you like best?

I love the automated history reports. Everything done related to that phone number gets recorded in the system. I love the ability to click on the phone number and it rings to my phone, no more dialing the wrong number. The customizable workflows are just what I need.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that you can't edit any of the history. If you click the wrong thing or type a mistake, there is no correcting it. I wish the emails to clients and prospects looked more modern. They look like they are from the 90s.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Schedule a demo with one of the sales reps to make sure it would work for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to continually follow up with leads and not lose them in the long list of people to call. Call tracking for producers that are expected to make 100 calls a day. Ease of texting clients and prospects from our office line.
