What do you like best?
They are so easy to work with! They have 24/7 customer support, and it is fantastic. The rep bent over backward, trying to find personalized solutions that met our needs. He met with us multiple times and engaged in multiple screen-sharing sessions; he also sent very detailed emails with step-by-step instructions. All of this made our implementation process seamless. He was full of tips and advice to help our company make email more efficient. On top of all of this, the price is quite reasonable. They are an excellent company!
What do you dislike?
We were not good at articulating our needs at first, so we weren't initially connected with the right product. The rep stuck with us and ultimately found us exactly what we needed! My only suggestion is to make the website a little more straightforward; It is challenging to set up demos on specific products through the forms they have on the website.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We do not need to have hundreds of individual email inboxes. Rather, we can have alias email forwarding addresses, where we can change the recipients of emails and also have multiple recipients.
