What do you like best?

- The quality of their panel is really strong, and the ability to review screener entries and pick respondents really helps lead to good insights

- The platform is very user-friendly and it's great to be able to utilize different research methodologies within 1 place

- The account team are very responsive and always give thoughtful expertise to any question

- Their articles and webinars are also great

What do you dislike?

I don't have any major issues with the platform, but a couple of improvements I'd love to see are:

- A bigger and broader panel as occasionally we have struggled to get our target audience

- More intelligent text analytics to help analysis of open-ended responses

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Understanding broader motivations

- Gaining insight into user experiences

- Capturing preferences and pain points of specific products, designs etc.
