Exellent platform for Customer experience management!

What do you like best?

DT has a very user friendly interface. It makes collection and analysis of data really easy to understand. The dashboards are easy to understand and offer great insights.

We have also used it to track instant feedback on multiple mediums and it always delivers great results.

What do you dislike?

They can add mobile app to complement the product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before using DT, we had issues with gauging customer feedback. This relates to product support. With DT we were able to track and identify areas we need improvement, and how different segments rate our services. This further helped to improve our services for the most lucrative segments.
