Advanced user of Drilling Data Management System (DDMS)The platform is user friendly on both ends. As an admin, I find it easy to navigate and it offers a lot for our customers.
There are times when the system can go down and that results in lost revenue. But those times are few and far between.
This company always seems to be striving for relevancy. For example, when Windows 10 rolled out, the platform was not compatible. I had installed Windows 10 and had to uninstall it to continue to use the platform correctly. However, DDMS quickly got to work updating what they needed to to make sure the platform was compatible in a timely fashion.
We're trying to create an online ordering experience that is streamlined for the customer. Including the fastest checkout possible with "favorites" and saved payment information. If a customer can log in, quickly find their most ordered products, and quickly check out, they are always more likely to return again and again.
