What do you like best?

The help function is a life saver and the upside is that it have numerous features selections that make is apt almost any need.

What do you dislike?

Some of the functionality of changing selections with the selection boxes are not user friendly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability for the program to be used interdepartmentally and not need a “specialist” to run the program and report and causing them to a bottle neck in the business.
