Advanced user of DragI like that it links straight into my current inbox and once set up was easy to use. Also the team were amazing with their support and interaction, helping to answer any questions quickly and effectively.
I even found an initial bug in the system and they implemented a fix asap.
Limited central control for an organisation, making it difficult to roll out. I would recommend a central integration with google admin section for organisational roll out.
I did find it a little hard to get my head around all the features initially. Drag have a number of videos to help but trying to find all the features such as templates, but after an hour of so I managed to find my way around the system.
We are looking to share emails centralling in connection with donor support and worker recruitment. This system has allowed us to streamline and limit duplication, quicken responses and reduce missed queries due to assumptions. We also got rid of 8 excel sheets that were used to monitor people and their journies.
