What do you like best?

The delivery people are great, they really try very hard to make sure the customers are happy.

What do you dislike?

Website design and its customer service are terrible. They recently updated their system and it has narrowed down the service so that people can order only in a 5 mile radius. This applies even to residential suburban areas where most restaurants are all driving distance from the place. At first I called, and someone said that the update was to increase freshness, but had nothing to say when I explained that places 6 miles away are 5 minutes from someone's home. Then I IMed someone, who suggested I should log off and log on, and couldn't understand that it was the website who had the issue. Then I sent an E-mail, where someone again sent me the same auto response about freshness and then again told me to fix the problem on my side, even though the problem was on theirs. I finally wrote a long letter telling the company that customer service is more then sending out auto letters or telling the customers its their fault. I still have not received any response, presumably because the company's policy is probably "if we stop responding, she will go away". Again, horrible horrible company. I also know its takes a huge chuck of money from restaurants. Supporting door dash means killing your local restaurants. Remember this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've realized that door dash is looking for ways to make money of hard working people while delivering as little as possible in return for this.
