What do you like best?

Nothing. They shouldn't even be called a delivery service. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.

What do you dislike?

I ordered food twice and didn't get it either time. They don't think it's a big deal when food doesn't get to you and throw $10 of credit your way to make you happy. A manager I spoke with was racist and didn't only insult me, but didn't help me at all. I will literally never use that service again and I'm telling everyone to support the many other options out there. Bye Caviar. Don't have time for this.

Stay away from Caviar. They are a scam.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving? They didn't deliver anything when I paid for it twice. They didn't help me and they insulted me. They are a racist company and don't have a clue what customer service is.
