What do you like best?

DocuShare is our extensive content and process management platform. This minimizes all the risks and uncertainties we face with respect to data security throughout the organization. DocuShare enables you to collaborate across the organization on key IT processes and other critical management systems. Due to the software we have saved time and ensured high quality of service.

What do you dislike?

Working with large amounts of data is quite difficult and lacking effective filtering functions. Licensing is expensive and complicated, and some companies may not have the resources for it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A highly recommended platform with many interesting features. DocuShare can also be modified as needed, for example in terms of traceability and billing. It is also ideal for scanning documents.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is perfect for automating organizational processes, which helps us manage our budget as if we didn't spend money on printing, delivering and storing documents. With DocuShare, we have a better understanding of our orders, operations and purchase orders. We have been using this tool for a much time and have no problems with time, coding, etc. It works perfectly.
