What do you like best?

It is a helpful platform in regards to submitting new applications. It is nice that everything is legible, you can do e-sign, etc.

What do you dislike?

It takes time to learn the platform. But this is true with any new platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It requires multiple steps to get what you need. I belive there may be other programs that are not as complex.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving issues with customers not knowing which forms are needed with each application. Docupace elimintaes the guess work out of that by providing all the forms needed for the specific account they are looking to open.
