What do you like best?

This is an amazing software that provides easy maintenance of all scanned documents it enables users to create notations and digital stamps. Documents can easily be dragged and dropped. It provides different format conversions of documents. It stores documents that enable them to search quickly and retrieve them rapidly. The user interface is easy and clear to understand for first use. It keeps all the documents in one place in an organized way and they can print anytime. You can send documents to fax from this platform too.

What do you dislike?

There must be wildcard searchability in search engine so whenever we write a single value it will show all the documents that contain the same value in it. The workflow module is a little bit complicated while working, it does not work properly sometimes. It does not notify you if your delivery fails while sending it to email or fax. It still needs some modification in some of its functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we were looking for document management software because we are now tired of handling papers and paper works so this platform is used to solve the document management of our organization and it is great, it provides we needed. It is easy to set up and easy to use. It is good for all types of enterprises. It is good to use instead of paperwork, it decreased our managing load.
