What do you like best?

Digital measures can be a useful tool for compiling and reporting activities done in higher education.

What do you dislike?

Uploading information is time-consuming and it doesn't always carry over accurately into generated reports. Often the information reported may not fully represent the work done in specific fields, which can make it a challenge to use broadly. Workflows have been challenging to get right, although that can be more of an issue in how it's administered than the program itself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for annual reporting, reappointment, and promotion and tenure. It is helpful for generating reports and sharing information to multiple parties.
