A great customer service platform for different areas of an organization
What do you like best?
DiamanteDesk has features that are very useful to my organization. To begin with, customization on the platform makes us create an easy-to-learn work environment for our new support agents. On the other hand, it has an automation system, supervised by our agents that makes the assistance process much faster.
What do you dislike?
Spam messages are really annoying to delete, because they cannot all be selected at the same time, the selection has to be one by one making us waste time that we can invest organizing the tickets that arrive at the portal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiamanteDesk has an excellent ticket management system, is very customizable and has tools to create reports. What I like most is that it is an application that has been in the market for several years and has been maintained with affordable prices. I recommend it.

Through this customer service we can resolve contingency incidents that occur in the early morning hours. DiamanteDesk has a great telephone service that allows you to communicate with the customer immediately to address your problem. In addition, we can solve common problems through their email that they enter the portal tray in an orderly manner and are classified according to their priority.
