What do you like best?
The interface is very easy to use. Best way to be able to multi-task in a clinic that has 17 different practitioners. Really love the easy to use templates and the incorporation of the google reviews
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the interface can be glitchy. We have it set up so that incoming messages come up as desktop notifications. Sometimes there is a huge delay in when the message has come in and when we are notified. We also find that we often have to refresh the page to see new messages.
I don't like that the templates have changed into alphabetical order. It would be much easier and quicker to have them listed in the order of most used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please bring back the support chat. It was really useful now when we are having issues we don't know where to go to contact someone for help
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving efficiency issues at the front desk. For example, if someone is running late to their appointment is it much easier and quicker to send them a quick text rather than call them. Especially if you have templates set up or if you have another patient in front of you.
