What do you like best?

Vantagepoint is very user-friendly. There's a steep learning curve for those in an admin role, but for most users it's very easy to learn.

What do you dislike?

The software is so big and robust that it almost has TOO many choices. Especially when running reports, there are so many options and filters that it can take a few tries to get the data you're looking for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Vantagepoint as our primary project management software, timesheets, expense reports, monthly client invoicing, payroll, and all of our accounting. I love having everything in one system! Timesheets, expense reports and A/P flows directly into the invoicing process via Interactive Billing. There I can modify draft invoices before finalizing them and sending them off to clients. Timesheets also feed into the payroll system where I can generate a NACHA file to upload directly to our bank website for quick and easy employee ACH.
