What do you like best?

Overall I am impressed. I use Dedupely to eliminate duplicates in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. A lot better than the out-of-the-box solutions provided by the vendors listed. I especially like the automation features which saved me 100s of hours of laborious work!

What do you dislike?

If I had to pick something, it'd be the UI. It's a bit basic but doesn't get in the way of getting the job done.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just do it. If you're using Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive just get it. You'll get a ton of value within minutes of setting it up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using the same app to sync multiple CRMs for the same client has proved to be highly beneficial. It has also helped speed up the migration process of CRMs.
