One of the best features is the ability to modify formulas on data quality fields on all standard objects to measure inputs on records which are most valuable to you and your business. For example, if you always want 5 fields completed on an account, you can bend the formulas on the object and, as a result, identify scores by each record and each user. This is a very effective way to determine how successful adoption is and consequently how successfully you have been training your team. Lastly, having the reports and dashboards prebuilt makes you look like a hero to the teams who want to analyze data quality. The data quality dashboards have very few things to dislike. The only thing which can be frustrating is admins with little experience with formula fields. Salesforce Labs wrote very simple field formulas to drive the reports and dashboards but someone without any experience writing and editing formulas might have to complete some formula training to customize the data flowing into the dashboards. But if you're an experienced formula writer, then this is not an impediment.
As mentioned above, I am able to quickly measure adoption in terms of field completion on all standard objects. The dashboards help me to fulfill my objective of providing management with real time data regarding areas that users fail to enter needed data on fields. I can show my training team the overall average level of record completion for all standard objects and drill down to fields and users who are consistently not completeting them. Data such as this helps to measure our adoption and focus on ongoing training for users that need to be coached on how to better use Salesforce. We can show them their areas of weakness and examples of power users who are successfully completing the fields our business needs.
