Enjoyed the platform, however it is moving to Adobe

What do you like best?

I really enjoyed the YesMail platform mainly for our global partners. It was very easy for them to onboard onto and understand how to use the platform with little to no experience. However, Yesmail is moving all their clients over to the Adobe platform and continuing to support on the services side of their business (almost like an agency). Honestly, for the business I think this was the best move. They have a great team and I really enjoy their services.

What do you dislike?

One thing that I disliked about the platform was they really were not keeping up with some other platforms with their technology. The platform seemed very old school and was missing alot of simple features like personalized send time, pausing campaigns, predictive analytics, etc. I can see why they are dropping the platform and moving over to the Adobe platform for their clients.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It won't exist soon because they are moving over to Adobe HOWEVER they are keeping their services team which I really enjoy and highly recommend. Good talented people over there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem we were solving was our global marketing issues. Our partners did not have much time or skills to build emails, understand how to do list management, data management, etc. So this platform was great for sharing templates across licensees, managing their data and GDPR, etc.
