Very useful software for SharePoint Customer support affiliation.

What do you like best?

It provides an efficient, cost-effective solutions to our organizations especially being form forest industry.Our file storing inventory being SharePoint, this has helped us a lot. From workflows to web services great pack of required items are available here.

What do you dislike?

Not much till now But yeah may be Interface can be improved a bit here and there.

Overall a great software for ease of work flow.

Workflows of our SharePoint are most used in our organisation. By using CS we have improvised on our work so much. Even web services are useful which we have implemented in our firm for day to day task.
